Since 2008, UNSW has built a network of students and staff who pledge to take a proactive stance against discrimination based on diverse genders, sexes and sexualities.

Arc and UNSW have partnered in an initiative called 'Be A Better Human' in order to help strengthen a respectful and inclusive culture.Together we want to encourage everyone to do more when it comes to understanding, preventing and responding to disrespectful behaviours.

An exciting range of free events and activities are coming up this October for Diversity Fest 2022. Events will address topics including age diversity, cultural and linguistic diversity, disability inclusion, gender diversity, First Nations knowledge, LGBTIQ+ inclusion, mental health and neurodiversity.

The Diverse Book Series is a new initiative to launch monographs and edited collections by UNSW authors on topics related to equity, diversity and inclusion.

The Student Activation Fund aims to champion and further EDI's values and mission on campus, through accessible funding for student-led projects.

An initiative of the Women’s Leadership Institute Australia, Champions of Change Coalition, and Chief Executive Women that aims to increase the visibility and contribution of women leaders in public and professional forums.

UNSW appoints new Diversity Champions every two years. These passionate individuals work closely with the Division of Equity Diversity & Inclusion to champion key portfolio areas of inclusion and diversity at UNSW.

The Women in Research Network (WiRN) is UNSW's leading forum for research-active women to connect and collaborate to build an equitable and inclusive research culture at UNSW.  

The WWBA brings together colleagues and collaborators from across the UNSW community to enhance and highlight our diverse multidisciplinary work in the area of women’s wellbeing.
